13/50 Strikes Again.

Well, actually, although blacks are around thirteen percent of the US population, reports indicate, that they commit over fifty percent of US crime. However, since black males are the main perpetrators, and assuming that black males are half of the black population, then in May be more accurate to state, that six percent of the people are committing, over fifty percent of the violent crime. Therefore, my headline, should have, really been, 6/50 Strikes Again. I could be wrong, on that assertion, since I'm a little sleep deprived and my coffee may not be all that strong. Let me know.
