Military exercises focused on the preparation and use of non-strategic NUCLEAR weapons have begun in Russia, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense. During the first phase of the nuclear exercises, tasks include receiving munitions for the "Iskander" missile system and covertly moving to designated areas. Personnel from the Aerospace Forces are practicing equipping aircraft with special warheads, including "Kinzhal" missiles, and conducting sorties to assigned patrol areas.
