The Western Elitists Are Masters Of Projection & Propaganda.Deluded Western Elitists Are Claiming That Putin's "Dramatic Cabinet Reshuffle" Smacks Of 'Desperation.'Obviously, that's because they know that their average citizen is programmed to be stupid and unobservant. Why else would such a headline, gain traction? Do politicians in the west, not shuffle, their cabinets as well? Are those instances, signs of desperation, reflected by the western politicians, that do so? This is what qualifies as western intelligence and by intelligence, I mean the agencies. Since we all well know, that the average western citizen isn't aware, politically or socially. We're nothing but metaphorical cattle to these deep state elitists and their foreign masters. There are no political solutions left for the masses.
