Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated that Moscow has not received any signals from Kyiv indicating readiness for negotiations. He suggested that Zelensky may have been referring to his contacts with Turkish leaders and Steve Witkoff.
“There will be no Russian representatives in Turkey tomorrow. These contacts are currently taking place without Russian participation. We will wait for information about what exactly will be discussed in Istanbul," Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said.
