It’s clear government overreach is what the government is trying to do to infringe on our rights under the guise of safety. No one’s asking for this. If you don’t want to drink raw dairy, don’t drink raw dairy. Don’t use raw dairy if you don’t want raw kefir, raw butter, raw milk.Imagine a country where whatever one grows in one's garden and also the byproducts of one's livestock, requires the permission of the government before one may consume it or sell it. Well, we're living in that country and this particular place which I speak of, is in a county in Pennsylvania called, Lancaster, where the state government of Pennsylvania, along with the Food & Drug Administration have been persecuting a farmer from selling his products to the members of his private club.
The government is essentially claiming that only food approved by the state can be bought or sold, not only in the state but to Miller's customers globally. So the state of Pennsylvania claims that it can regulate food consumption not only in the within their own borders but outside of them, even beyond the boundaries of the United States, since Miller's Farm, is prohibited to sell to any of the farm's members even the ones outside of Pennsylvania or indeed, outside US borders.
If this is allowed to stand it won't be long before the government can tell anyone of us what to farm, how much we can eat of it and who we can buy from and sell to, under the penalty of law and the gun. This is a case worthy of all men who revere freedom.
As far as the risks, the risks are very minimal. And the early 1900s. There were very unhealthy practices that were being done in Chicago stockyards, places like that, where animals were sick animals. Now we’re talking about healthy animals, the raw dairy producers; they do it the right way. And that leads to the best health outcomes for all of us.#
