"You Can Still Use Your Internet Service During a Power Outage"
I mean we should still be able to use cellphones right?
As long as you can charge it?
But I dont really want to be on elon musks CIA/mossad satellite service.
I want to figure out how to get on Russian,
or even Chinese cellphone service.

Spectrum doesn't power their substations in an outage (at least 'round here).
Which means, I can have all the UPSs / generator power I want, but nothing's coming through the modem from *their* end.
I rigged up a 'reverse' Netgear extender to hotspot to my cell, then into my WAN port... it ain't much, but the LAN has WAN.
