Rumor has it, that Victoria Nuland, resigned because she was passed over as the number two man at the Department of State. Well good, it nice to see someone in Washington, who isn't failing upwards. We're superstitious, over here and we firmly believe that she was struck by the Zelensky curse. Remember? There was Vicky, under an umbrella, in the snow in Kiev, talking about surprises for the Russians or were they surprises for Putin? I always get those two mixed up. Anyway, one wonders who got the last surprise?
