The FBI is saying that they want 20 years to produce records on its involvement with the Oklahoma City Bombing event that took place back in the 1990s. The only reason they would slow walk producing information on an event that took place back in the mid-1990s is because it would show that they were somehow involved with facilitating the attack. Back around that time patriot and militia groups were becoming increasingly popular and this incident was used to demonize said groups as domestic terrorists etc..
