One cannot prevent people from having thoughts, in the same way that one cannot change the way people perceive one to be. Naturally I'm sure people have made up their minds as to what sort of person I am, and it would be in vain to persuade them from their perceptions.

That being said, naturally, anything said about reality which hints of the truth and involve certain people, will always have one being subject to name calling. This is unavoidable and just par for the course. However, it has not been lost that TikTok has only come into focus, because there are many people online, particularly on that platform giving voice to the genocidal machinations of the government and state of Israel.

Now one is quite aware that the antiquated, notion of the first amendment and free speech has no standing, when one shines the light on God's chosen people, after all, they obviously get free passes to do whatever they want, kinda like democrat politicians and bureaucrats. However, I digress, Tiktok became a target because many people are now supporting the alleged Palestinians and Hamas and a certain lobby, just can't have that. Therefore the called out their operatives, their agents within the US Congress to go to work, and fix it for their daddy. The Israeli lobby, organized Jewry, has over three hundred puppets in the US House of Representatives and certainly over sixty in the senate. We shall soon know all their names.

This is a deep rabbit hole that has privacy issues in the crossfire of free speech. They are making some interesting chess moves here, and this could be a win win for the Zionists if all goes well. By making TikTok American/Zionist owned they can reap the data that China has been scraping from them all this time. And if you browse through the privacy policy that TikTok has in place you will see why they want that data badly. It is well beyond what they could get away with from any of the already existing platforms in America.

So in the name of free speech and saving the American youth, they get to spy on the public like no other platform. And now they would also be able to control the algorithms and narrative like all the other platforms. While everyone is distracted with the free speech narrative to keep TikTok alive, they will allow this to happen. There needs to be a focus on the privacy policy and not allow that policy to exist after the sale.

@Rogue Runner I had to read the subtitles, because there was no audio on the Rogan video, did you know that? Anyway, we're in accord with this one. I initially thought of this TikTok, business as if it were a free speech issue, but then I wondered, why it took the deep state, so long to get into action and then it dawned on me, that more people were in favor of Hamas and the Palestinians, in TikTok videos, than Israel and the Zionists and now we see who has all the power to make things happen in Washington and elsewhere.

They'll get their way, they seem to always do, but at the expense of losing former supporters like me. There was a time when I supported Israel for various reasons, mostly because I believed in the nonsensical narrative, that she was the only alleged democracy, in the Middle East, just more brain washing, I know. What moved me away from supporting their cause, were mostly their Christian supporters, online and elsewhere. I've noticed that people who were once friendly, have decided that because I'm not all in, on the Zionist narrative, that I'm now the enemy, which is fine by me now. They obviously don't want any dialogue and instead of softening my attitude, they've managed to harden my resolve. I don't hate anyone, unless I have reason to, but I don't like being deceived or coerced either.

I never saw the appeal for TikTok, I never used it and I find it as useless as Facebook, Twitter and the other cool kid hangouts, but that doesn't mean, that they should be cancelled either. Speaking of which, the SCOTUS is hearing another Free Speech case, have you heard about it? You can find it here, if you haven't. I suspect that the court is so weak and bullied that they'll appease the tyrants, because that's what all scared cowards do. We'll see.

@Rogue Runner Okay the audio problem was on my side, just in this tab so I resolved it and listened. I'm glad I never used that App. However, I still maintain, that if the president any president can shut down a website on a whim that's unconstitutional and that's not freedom.

You will get no argument from me on that point. The part that is unconstitutional is the TikTok privacy policy itself, which like a slight of hand trick will go unnoticed and unreported as they make a deal to save America.

And the SCOTUS case you linked to from the post above is likely to be the game changer, and i remain optimistic with quotes like these from that article, regardless of the last sentence...

I don't think TikTok's privacy policy is unconstitutional, it may be unethical, overreaching, victimizing and excessive, but I think its constitutionality, is irrelevant. That being said, people always had the right not to agree to those directives and those who do, have a constitutional right of association, in that context.

@Rogue Runner I understand your point on privacy concerns, because one doesn't even have to join, any of these alleged tech giants, to have one's privacy invaded. However, that being said, many people willingly volunteer that information. We all did at one time or another, I think, but since we are now aware, I find myself resisting to join, or be affiliated with, just any web platform because I'm constantly calculating the potential ill effects, where privacy is concerned.

I notice that, your argument, in regard to the TikTok banning, is more aligned with consumer protection, which is an admirable purpose, however, I doubt that, congressional members, are equally motivated in that direction, or that any real changes to consumer protection, will indeed, manifest itself from their recent actions. Also, I forgot to ask you, but I think you hinted towards that effect, who do you think, have more to gain, by banning TikTok?

It's all theater... they are not going ban it, and even Trump couldn't ban it when he was in office, and tried. But they will buy it with an ultimatum and a deal they can't refuse. Your original post pretty much nailed who was going to benefit or have more to gain as you say. And your summation was also correct. Which is why i focused on the privacy aspect. Because your mind and your privacy will soon be under attack from a brand new vector of an old friend they call TikTok... your getting sleepy, very, very, sleepy. Palestine what Palestine..?

It was the Zionist lobby who brought the bill forward to ban it, and the same group brought forth the buyout package and hastily put the investors together with non other than Mnuchin, Trumps ex treasury secretary... it's such a small circle of friends. Even the big tech companies associated with CIA and Mossad are pitching in... wow what a coincidence.

@Rogue Runner thanks, I just wanted to make sure that I didn't miss something. Have you ever heard of Gopher and Gemini? Gopher was an alternative internet protocol that only a few geeks like me still use. Correction, I need to restart my Gopher hole, since when I switched servers I neglected it.

Anyhow, there's a similar, but new protocol called Gemini, which has been out for two years or so now, it was all the rage when the YouTube tech guys found it but now it's a graveyard. I still post things over there anyway, those protocols are so obscure and esoteric, the censors won't even know that they exist, given they had ten lifetimes.

I just thought I'd mention it, as we still have many technological tools with seemingly fewer bells and whistles that still get messages out. It's just a matter of perspective, I think. I still find old school tech like IRC, XMPP Gopher, Mumble and the like, still extremely valuable. Talk to you soon and thanks for the chit chat.

Did you ever use the Unix-to-Unix Copy Protocol (UUCP), but today is the Network News Transfer Protocol (NNTP)..? Otherwise known as Usenet Newsgroups... there was some very interesting information gems that went through some of those newsgroups.

The Onion network these days is another gem... use the Tor browser or Lokinet for decentralized staked nodes and no point of failure for taking down a node with end to end encryption and anonymous.

No need to answer, as this is all off topic for this thread, but useful info for a SHTF scenario... cheers.
