Looks like money well spent, doesn't it? Obviously, the homeless didn't get their cut, from this little scam and still, no investigation and nobody is going to prison for fraud. We can't wait to see how the state of California, tackles the perception of election rigging. It is most certainly, going to be, as productive and efficient as their works on education, the homeless and immigration.

@Marshall Sutherland I neglected to include, in the headline, that this twenty four, billion dollars, was spent, or allocated over a period of five years.

It is quite sure, that if the government of California, had divided that sum of cash, equally among all the homeless or just paid their rents, if that was the choice, there probably wouldn't be a homeless problem in that state.

Those were my thoughts exactly. I'm wondering, still, if anyone, perhaps, even from the Department of Justice, finds this observation, worthy of an in depth investigation. Where did all that money go? Clearly, no Trump associates were involved, or they'd be in court already.
