@Emmanuel Florac Its a choice. Stupid people are lazy and ultra processed foods are the fuel of fools. I've proven this to be true many times. People know what foods are good for them but they blatanly refuse to eat them. What shall we do, have the government force feed them?

Taxing frankenfood to make them more expensive than sane products could be an option. However, taxes are not great. Better then : Social security for food, with supported producers, so that everyone has access to enough sane food, locally produced.

Most people don't have the time to cook proper meals. Most people didn't even have time to teach their children how to cook these proper meals. Most people live in overcrowded suburbs and have to comute for hours just to get to work which makes it impossible to go home to cook their own meals. Most people are just too tired.

Some people with little imagination or empathy find it hard to understand just how tired most people are.
