The US federal courts are not on the side of the people, they never were if we think about it. They are there to help their friends in the US Congress, the US Executive branch or the private interests, to circumvent the US Constitution, to implement their many tyrannical, unconstitutional means to bring them wealth, power and also to subvert the will of the people. When the courts are seen in that context, their motivations are put on full display in the daylight.
