While simultaneously claiming that CO₂emissions are contributing, allegedly to 'climate change,' the same types of people are now, in the same article, pontificating, that botanical gardens will cool temperatures in cities, where they are introduced. How is it so convenient for CO₂to heat the planet and cool it at the same time? Is it magic? You decide.

@Dennis Wilson (Pureblood) @diaspora.psyco.fr thank you and you're right in thinking that truth must be repeated to counter lies. It's an old method that's used by radio talk personalities, who believe that repetition is key to delivering points.

I know carbon monoxide is a poisonous gas but I don't know how anyone can credibly demonize carbon dioxide, when our food supply in part, relies on it. It just goes to illustrate the global dumbing down of science in particular and education as a whole.

Be careful to avoid conflating Carbon DIOXIDE (CO2) and Carbon MONOXIDE (CO).

Carbon monoxide (chemical formula CO) is a poisonous, flammable gas that is colorless, odorless, tasteless, and slightly less dense than air. Carbon monoxide consists of one carbon atom and one oxygen atom connected by a triple bond. It is the simplest carbon oxide.

Thermal combustion is the most common source for carbon monoxide. Carbon monoxide is produced from the partial oxidation of carbon-containing compounds; it forms when there is not enough oxygen to produce carbon dioxide (CO2), such as when operating a stove or an internal combustion engine in an enclosed space.

In the presence of oxygen, including atmospheric concentrations, carbon monoxide burns with a blue flame, producing carbon dioxide.

Through natural processes in the atmosphere, it is oxidized to carbon dioxide and ozone. Carbon monoxide is short-lived in the atmosphere (with an average lifetime of about one to two months), and spatially variable in concentration.
