@mk beats me. Probably all that talk about White supremacist being the greatest danger to the nation, when it's just a false narrative. Perhaps it's all the false narratives about racism that's just meant to divide us as a people and we're just not playing anymore. I can think of a couple reasons why recruitment is down. I have no doubt that the percentage of recruitment-aged kids who can meet the physical fitness requirements has steadily dropped for decades. If I were that age, I'd be looking at the conflicts of the past 20 years (and the ones our leaders seem to want to get us into) and questioning whether any of them were worth dying for.
